Gold and bronze for Korea's boys in doubles

    Korea's boys captured gold and bronze in the doubles competition at the 7th World Youth Championship in Pattaya, Thailand.

    Son Won Lak
    and Kim Ho-Yoon claimed the title with 2532 pinfall total and a 211 average. Their teammates Kim Young-Hun and Kim Ko-Woon checked in at 2500, good for the bronze medal.

    US boys Chris Klerk and Matt Gilman (2505) were sandwiched between the Koreans in second place. Frederick Ong, Philippines, shot the field-best 1353-series (225,5 avg.) but had to settle for 13th place.
