Al-Abadia ends 3rd West Asian Games with victory in Masters

Nayef Al-Abadia upset local favorite Mubarak Al-Muraikhi to end the bowling competition in the 3rd West Asian Games at Qatar Bowling Center in Doha, Qatar with victory in the Masters. In the championship match over two games total pinfall, Al-Abadia topped Al-Muraikhi, 422-392. Qatar led the medal tally with 4 gold, 2 silver and 3 bronze medals.
