RomBowling: The secret to keeping employees satisfied By Diana Zagrean

Republished courtesy of Ziarul Financiar - Bucharest, Romania (May 15, 2008)

How does the pursuit of profit influence the start of a business? What benefits can a business trip abroad have on growth? What kind of relationship should entrepreneurs have with employees and how to motivate them? Becoming your own boss also means transferring all responsibilities to yourself. Although this seems simple, success depends on the field of activity and the type of business. It also depends on how much you want to gain. There are successful businesses that started in a garage, or living room, and saw fantastic growth over just several years. I don't believe the owners of businesses like Google or e-Bay wanted to own several Boeing 737s to begin with, but they certainly wanted to create something unique. The money came afterwards," states Catalin Armanu, manager of Brasov-based RomBowling.
