European Champions Cup starts today
Zelta Bowling Center in Riga, Latvia (Sep. 25 - Oct. 1, 2006)
The European Champions Cup (formerly known as European Cup for Individuals) was opened yesterday at the Zelta Bowling Center in Riga, Latvia. One male and one female bowler from each European Tenpin Bowling Federation (ETBF) member federations is allowed to compete in the event which runs from September 27-30. Anders "Linus" Öhman of Sweden (left) and Tanya Petty (right) of Germany are the defending champions. European Champions Cup - Schedule of Events
