Singles champion Natassa Rovithaki, Greece, captured her second gold medal in women's All Events in the 2007 Mediterranean Challenge Cup at Rollhouse Bowling Center in Mersin, Turkey.

Rovithaki edged Malta's Sue Abela for the second time in this championship with 3976 18-game total and an average of 220.89. Abela finished second for the fourth time in this event with 3921. Mor Aviram, Israel, earned bronze with 3706.

On the men's side, Emmanuel Michaud from France held of a strong charge by Nunzio Romano, Italy. Nunzio posted the field-best 1402 series in the final team event but Michaud responded with 1348 to secure the title, 4070 to 4040. Bronze went to Romano's team mate Federico Rossi with 3846.

The top eight men and the top eight women advanced to the single-elimination best-of-three games Masters finals.
