Lalisang wins first stop of the 2007 Asian Bowling Federation Tour in Kuwait

Ryan Lalisang, the Asian Games champion from Indonesia, defeated Jason Belmonte, the two-hander from Australia, in the title match, 201-191, to win the first stop of the 2007 Asian Bowling Federation Tour in Kuwait. 
Belmonte, right, however set the TV highlights when he rolled a 299 game in the first round against Yannaphon Larp-apharat from Thailand and won in Round 2 in roll-off after a 234-234 tie vs. Yousif Akbar, Saudi Arabia. Mahmood Al Attar and Fadhel Al Mousawi, Kuwait, who went out in the semis finished third and fourth, resp.
