Kim, Belmonte lead 2007 Asian Rankings

2007SinaiOpenKimEunJung_small.jpg 2007WRMJasonBelmonte_small.jpg Kim Eun Jung from Korea and Aussie Jason Belmonte have positioned themselves atop the women's and men's Asian Bowling Federation rankings.

Eun Jung, who has 188 ranking points, leads Vanessa Fung from Hong Kong (163) by 25 points. Japan's Kanako Ishimine is third with 150.

Defending ranking champion Putty Armein (right), Indonesia, is seventh with 89. Rounding out the top 8, who will qualify for the 2008 World Ranking Masters after the season-ending ABF Tour Tournament of Champions, are Malaysians Zandra Aziela and Zatil Iman, both 80 points.

Places 4-7 belong to Fadhel Al-Mousawi, Kuwait (118), Daniel Lim, Malaysia (117), Park Min Su, Korea (106) and Ryan Lalisang (right), Indonesia (104). Rounding out the top 8 is another Aussie, 2003 World Championships Masters champion, Michael Little (85).
