2007 ABF Tour 

Landslide victory for Lalisang, Kim in 2007 Asian Bowling Federation Tour rankings

ABFTourLogo_small.jpg The 2007 Asian Bowling Federation Tour consisted of six tournaments in Kuwait, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Philippines, Indonesia and Hong Kong. The legs in the Arabic countries, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia were for men only.

Ryan Lalisang, Indonesia, and Kim Eun Jung, Korea, won the 2007 men's and women's ABF Tour rankings by a landslide.

2007ABFT06HKGRyanLalisang.jpg Lalisang (left) was the sole player in the 2007 season, who earned two titles, winning the first and last stop in Kuwait and Hong Kong. The Asian Games Singles champion accumulated 256 ranking points, almost twice as much as his nearest rival, Yannaphon Larp-apharat, Thailand, who had 132 points. Third place belonged to Wu Siu Hong, Hong Kong, with 130.

2007ABFT06HKGKimEunJung.jpg Kim (right) cashed ranking points in all four women legs including 75 points for her victory in the final leg in Hong Kong, which sealed the victory. The Korean finished with 183 ranking points, more than 60 points ahead of Putty Armein, Indonesia, who registered 122.5 points. Chan Shuk Han, Hong Kong, was third with 118.

The top 16 men and the top 16 women in the 2007 ABF Tour rankings qualified for the ABF Tour Tournament of Champions to be held January 10-13, 2008 (venue TBA).
