Chan Shuk Han, Hong Kong, and Andrew Frawley, Australia, lead the women's and men's Asian Bowling Federation rankings after six and ten events, respectively.

Shuk Han (left), who won the season opening ABF Tour Tournament of Champions, holds a comfortable 96 points lead over second-placed Putty Armein, Indonesia with 211 to 115 ranking points. World Ranking Masters champion Wendy Chai, Malaysia, is third with 110.

Defending ranking champion Kim Eun Jung, Korea, sits in fourth place with 107 and is followed by 4-time Asian ranking champion Shalin Zulkifli, Malaysia, who is fifth with 91.

Rounding out the top are Jazreel Tan, Singapore, 86; Zhang Yuhong, China, 75; and Shalima Zalsha, Indonesia, 70.

On the men's side, Frawley (right), a USBC silver level coach and long-time national coach in Arab countries, holds a slim 3 point lead over Shaker Al-Hassan, 234 to 231 ranking points. Ryan Lalisang, Indonesia, is a distant third with 194.

Hussain Al-Suwaidi is fourth with 180, with Zulmazran Zulkifli, Malaysia, fifth 172 and Naif Oqab, sixth, 150. Rounding out the top 8 are Somjed Kusonpithak, Thailand, and Bandar Al-Shafi, Qatar, who have earned 145 and 141 points, resp.

The top 8 men and top 8 women at the end of the Asian ranking season will qualify for the 2009 World Ranking Masters to be held in Naples, Italy.
