Esther Cheah emerges as WWC Single champion
Malaysia's Esther Cheah waited till the last frame to secure the gold medal in the Singles event at the Women's World Championships in Denmark. After missing an 8-pin spare in the 9th frame, the 19-year-old needed a mark and an 8-count to overtake Zhang Yuhong from China by one pin.
