USBC Women's Championships ready to kick off first visit to Charlotte

2007USBCWC_small.jpg The Charlotte, N.C., area will become a bowling mecca for thousands of women from across the country when the USBC Women's Championships begins April 12. For the first time in the event's 90-year history, the USBC Women's Championships will be conducted in suburban Charlotte and will feature 8,710 five-player teams - more than 43,000 bowlers - competing for national championships.

Entry deadline extended for 2007 USBC Women's Championships

More than 8,600 teams already have signed up for the world's largest participatory sporting event for women, which will be held in Charlotte, N.C., beginning April 12 and concluding July 2.
