Columbia 300 Vienna Open and the 7.000 Euro top prize. Barnes was also awarded his 14th career PBA title and his first on the World Bowling Tour. In the title match of an all-PBA champions finale, Barnes, defeated reigning PBA player of the Year
Sean Rash, United States, 257-214.

Peter Hellström (l.) of Sweden averaged 247.33 and toppled 742 pins Final Round 4 to lead the top eight players into the deciding three-game round at the Norwegian Open 2012. Second place belonged Britt Brøndsted (r.) of Denmark, who finished her 738 series with the second 300 game of the tournament. Svein Åke Ek is the lone Norwegian in the last round after rebounding from a 165 first game with 288 and 210 for 709. The players will carry over the fourth round pinfall.
Tore Torgersen (l.) of Norway rolled games of 223, 279 and 245 for 747 total (249 average) to lead the top eight of Final Round 3 into a fourth-round clash with the top eight qualifiers at the Norwegian Open in Oslo. Swedish youth national team member Filip Wilhelmsson (r.) was second with 685 followed by Joline Persson-Planefors (665), Sweden, and Kamilla Kjeldsen (660), Denmark, who bring the number of women in the Round of 16 to four.
Markus Karlsson of Sweden (l.) continued hot hand and led in
Final Round 2 at the Norwegian Open in Oslo with 695 231.67). Christian Karlsson (r.), Sweden, rolled a 274 final game to jump from 15th to 7th place with 659. Six Swedes including 2011 women's EBT point ranking leader Joline Persson-Planefors, Norway's Monica Lislien and Denmark's Kamilla Kjeldsen in eighth place (646) made the third cut and will meet qualifiers 9-16 in the third round.
Markus Karlsson (l.) of Sweden used games of 289 and 274 to lead the first round of the finals at the Norwegian Open 2012 by Brunswick with 764 and an average of 254.67 for three games. Norwegian women's national team members Heidi Thorstensen and Monica Lislien (r.) had high games of 276 and 267 to make the second cut in second and third position with 736 and 704, respectively. The top 8 will meet qualifiers 17-24 in the second round.
Two-time European champion Rebecka Larsen (pictured) of Sweden waited until the last squad to make the cut for Sunday's finals in the Norwegian Open 2012 by Brunswick at Veitvet Bowling Center in Oslo, Norway. Larsen posted a 1538 series including 48 pins handicap averaging 248.33 scratch for six games en route to win the qualifying and to earn three byes for the finals. Total 40 players advanced to the finals which will start on Sunday morning at 9 a.m. CEST. The cut for 36th place at 1319, an average of 219.83. 
Ben Fishler (l.) of Israel and Swede Mikael Kanold (r.) bowled their way into the finals of the Norwegian Open 2012 as they toppled 1348 and 1322 pins in the 15th and penultimate qualifying squad Saturday evening at Veitvet Bowling Center in Oslo, Norway. With the final squad to go on Saturday evening, Thomas Fredrik Fagerstrøm of Norway holds the in 36th and last place to advance with 1303 or an average of 217.17.
Fresh off a third-place finish in Squad 13, Markus Jansson (l.) of Sweden led Squad 14 with 1355, an average of 225.83, to leap three spots into 14th place in the overall qualifying standings of the Norwegian Open in Oslo. The son of Swedish standout Raymond Jansson had games of 249, 247, 186, 266, 216 and 191. He was the only player of that squad, who scored high enough for the top 36. 18-year old Tanner Spacey, United States, continued to lead the 177-player field from nine countries with 1472 (245.33).
Glenn Morten Pedersen of Norway nearly had a 255 triplicate in Squad 13 Saturday morning at Veitvet Bowling Center in Oslo en route to jump into second place in the overall qualifying standings of the Norwegian Open. The European champion in Trios in 2011 started his set with games of 237, 226 and 207 before he closed things out with 256, 255 and 255, an average of 239.33, to beat out Raymond Jansson of Sweden by two pins.

Tanner Spacey, United States, leads the 164-player field from nine countries into the final qualifying day with 1472 total (245.33 average). Rebecka Larsen of Sweden is "on the bubble" with 1294 (215.67).

Tanner Spacey, United States, continued to lead the field of 130 players with 1472 total and an average of 245.33.
Swedish youth national team members Pontus Andersson and Filip Wilhelmsson as well as fellow countryman Simon Ă–stberg were the only players in Squad 8 on Thursday night, who surpassed the 1300-mark en route to move into the top 15 in the qualifying of the Norwegian Open 2012. Andersson had to settle for sixth place with 1375 total behind a low game of 153 in game six. Wilhelmsson finished with 1357 (226.17) to move into seventh place overall.
Mikael Roos (pictured left) of Sweden and Norwegian Bjørn Einar Rudshagen (right) led the qualifying of the Norwegian Open 2012 by Brunswick after six of 17 squads at Veitvet Bowling Center in Oslo, Norway. Roos had games of 244, 213, 275, 246, 234 and 211 in Squad 5 on Sunday morning to become the first player in this year's event who surpassed the 1400-mark with 1423 total and an average of 237.17.

Williams was the lone player in the 303 player field who surpassed the 1500 mark with 1544 total and an average of 257.33. Birgit Pöppler (r.) of Germany was the best of 55 women in second place with 1466 including 248 handicap and the only 300 game of the tournament so far.
Stuart Williams of England and Team USA's Tommy Jones teamed in Squad 16 to overtake the lead in the Doubles competition of the 10th Columbia 300 Vienna Open with 2802 pinfall total and an average of 233.50. Williams (l.) , England's first PBA champion, who leads qualifying with 1544 and an average of 257.33, rolled a 1346 series and Jones (r.), a 13-time PBA champion, led Squad 16 with 1456 (242 average) en route to move into third place in the overall qualifying standings. 
Liz Johnson (pictured left) of the United States rolled games of 289, 224, 224, 190, 223 and 200 in Squad 15 of the 10th Vienna Open to into sixth place in the overall qualifying standings with 1398 including handicap. Nicole Heberle (right) of Germany was mere six pins behind with 1392 to take eighths place. Tanner Spacey, United States, is the man on the bubble in 52nd place with 1308 and an average of 218.
Mathieu Bergès (l.) of Switzerland and Dane Jens Sørensen (r.) took different routes to move into the top 52 in qualifying at the 10th Columbia 300 Vienna Open. Only 28 players took to the lanes at Plus Bowling in Vienna, Austria, on early Saturday morning to kick off the final qualifying day. Bergès totaled 1314 pins, an average of 219, en route to leap into 40th place in the overall standings. Sorensen had 1301 (216.83), good for 49th place.
