ISBT announces hosts for ISBT Masters finals for the 2015 season (Dream Bowl in Munich) and 2016 season (Vegas Bowling in OsnabrĂĽck)
Martina Beckel and Herrmann Wimmer of Germany captured the men's and women's Masters titles for the 2014 International Seniors Bowling Tour season October 2nd at Planet Bowling in Lomme, France. Every year, the top competitors from the ISBT series of tournaments are invited to compete for a prize fund of over 9.000 Euro.
Liliane Vintens (left) of Belgium and England's Lol Ellis (right) walked a way the winners in the women's and men's division of the French Senior Open, which was held from September 24-28 at Planet Bowling in Lomme, France. The tenth and last stop on the 2014 International Seniors Bowling Tour was a return to France, this time to Planet Bowling in Lomme. There is always a strong French entry for this tournament, and this year it attracted an entry list of 70 men and 24 women.
The 2014 International Seniors Bowling Tour featured 10 tournaments in five countries, three each in Belgium, France and Germany and one each in Italy and the Netherlands. Men and women age 50 and over bowled in separate divisions. Age bonus starts at age 51 (1 pin per game), then increases a pin for every additional year of age with no limit. The 2013 ISBT Masters Finals were held in conjunction with the Dutch Senior Open at Chandra Bowling in Nieuwegein Netherlands.

In an all-German men's finale, Greulich topped Hermann Wimmer, 233-222. Two late unconverted splits for Martina Beckel, Germany, and a run of four strikes allowed Brown to gain victory, 209-184.

The eighth stop on the 2014 ISBT tour was scheduled to be in Brussels, but the tournament was unexpected cancelled by the organiser just four weeks before it was due to start. Euro Bowling to host the tournament and 71 men and 20 women still took part.

It was Brown's 10th title and Oldfield's 8th, both records on the International Seniors Bowling Tour. Brown, who won the women's title at the 1st Senior Open at Dream-Bowl Palace in Munich, Germany, earlier this month, become the first player, men and women, to win multiple titles on the 2014 Tour.

The fifth stop on the 2014 ISBT was staged at 52-lane Dream-Bowl Palace, the biggest bowling center in Europe.

Greulich averaged 255.57 over his seven games in the men's finals to beat out Patrick Rolland, France, for the top place by just 15 pins. Fievet finished the women's finals with 259 and 237, which left her with a 74 pin lead over Liliane Vintens, Belgium.

Geelen averaged over 246 in round robin match play to capture the men's title, more than 100 pins ahead of Ed Roberts (USA) and Ernst Berndt (AUT). Vintens finished with a huge 268 game to beat out Alessandra Morra (ITA) and Angie Brown (ENG) for the women's top spot by 24 and 34 pins, resp.
