Inaugural Hall of Fame Xtravaganza entry package still available for $500

2012IBMHOFXtravaganzaBanner.jpg201IBMHOFLogo.jpg When more than 200 Hall of Fame Xtravaganza bowlers roll into Las Vegas' Red Rock Resort May 31, they will not only be bowling for more than $25,000 in cash and prizes, but they will be introduced to five of the best bowlers in the world.

The Xtravaganza is a new annual bowling event designed for BPAA member centers across the globe to benefit the International Bowling Museum and Hall of Fame.

Local champions will win paid vacations to the fabulous Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas where they will compete in the finals for an additional $25,000 in prizes May 31 - June 3, 2012.

201112PBA15SeanRash4.jpgHeadlining the professional bowlers who will meet, greet, and stage an exhibition for the Xtravaganza players is this year's PBA Tournament of Champions winner Sean Rash (pictured left with the trophy).

Rash now owns five PBA Titles including two majors - the T of C and the 2007 USBC Masters. He had an outstanding year on tour and is a leading candidate for Player of the Year. Rash represents event sponsor Brunswick in his bowling endeavors.

2011EBT17ClaraGuerrero7.jpgJoining Rash as one of the top International players in Bowling is Columbia's Clara Juliana Guerrero (right). In 2009, Guerrero became the first woman to ever win both the Masters and All Events at the WTBA Women's World Championships.

She is a member of the World Bowling Writers Hall of Fame, and she was named WBW Player of the Year in 2009. She was a member of the Wichita State University National Champion Team in 2005, and has been a member of the Columbian National Team for 16 years. Guerrero represents the Ebonite Brands around the globe.

2002USBCQKimTerrell.jpgAlso representing Ebonite will be Hall of Famer Kim Terrell-Kearney (left). Kearney won ten professional titles on the PWBA Tour including three majors – the 2002 USBC Queens and the 2001 and 2008 U.S. Opens.

She was a two-time Collegiate All American and a three-time member of Team USA before turning pro, and she was selected three times by her peers to receive the PWBA Robbie Sportmanship Award.

She currently is the Assistant Director at the International Training Center in Arlington and Team USA Assistant Head Coach. She was inducted into the USBC Hall of Fame in 2010.

2006USBCOpenBobHart.jpg2011USBCHallofFamerJeffRichgels.jpgXtravaganza sponsor Storm will send two top players to Las Vegas for the Hall of Fame event, both members of the USBC Hall of Fame - Bob Hart (left) and Jeff Richgels (right).

Hart is one of the greatest of bowling's cherished Team Era, when he bowled for the famous Detroit Strohs and Goebel Beer teams. Hart won three ABC (USBC) National titles in 1974, and he went on to add five more titles in the Tournament of the Americas that year. He is one of bowling's greatest ambassadors.

Richgels is one of the best bowlers ever from Wisconsin, and there have been many. He owns three USBC National Titles, and 29 PBA Regional Pro Titles. The affable "Riggs" as his friends and team mates call him, pulled off a very rare feat in 1997. In winning the USBC National All Events Title that year, he rolled 90 clean frames in the nine-game victory.

The Inaugural Hall of Fame Xtravaganza $500 entry package includes:
