The Pan American Bowling Confederation (PABCON) and the Costa Rican Bowling Association (ACOBOL) have released Bulletin No. 1 for the 2013 PABCON Senior and Super Senior Championships.

The championships for Senior (50 & over) and Super Senior (60 & over) bowlers will be held at 20-lane Bowling Center Cariari in La Aurora, Heredia, Costa Rica, from Oct. 20-26, 2013.

The two-year old Bol Cariari has already hosted international events such as the Cambowl Junior in 2012, the Central American Games in 2013, and two editions of the International La Raza Tournament.

Each PABCON member federation is allowed to send up to four men and four women in the Senior division and up to two men and two women in the Super Senior Division. To be eligible bowlers must have reached 50 and 60 years of age on Jan. 1st, 2013, respectively.

PABCON currently consist of 28 member federations: Argentina, Aruba, Bahamas, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Curaçao, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, United States of America, Uruguay, Venezuela, and Virgin Islands.
