"On behalf of the Board of Directors and the shareholders of QubicaAMF, I would like to thank John for his commitment and contributions to the company over the past 16 years. We appreciate all that he has done and wish him well in his future endeavors," said Emanuele Govoni, Board Member, Executive Vice President and CMO of QubicaAMF.

"Managing QubicaAMF has been exciting and at times challenging. I'm proud of the progress and accomplishments we've made during my years of service and the product leadership position we've taken," said Walker.

"This is an appropriate time for me to pursue other opportunities, so I can move forward and the company can build on what we have already accomplished."

The Board of Directors has appointed David Roys as CEO of QubicaAMF.

Roys has a strong track record with over 20 years of extensive experience in management and financial responsibility in manufacturing operations and high tech product design organizations.

Early in his career at Leon Plastics Roys led the company's Injection Molding Operation and was responsible for setting up a manufacturing system modeled after the Toyota Production System.

Roys later moved to Key Plastics, a highly innovative leader in the automotive industry, where as General Manger/Vice President Underhood Products he designed, built and integrated a new manufacturing facility.

During his time as GM/VP the company received numerous customer quality and performance awards such as Nissan Quality Master Award for 7 consecutive years and the Gold Award from the Chrysler Group.

Roys was promoted to President Exterior & Underhood Products and then President & COO responsible for directing all aspects of North American activities consisting of 9 manufacturing facilities, the design and engineering center and corporate offices with over 2,100 employees.

In 2007, Roys joined the Cerberus Capital Management group. This allowed him to broaden his management experience even more, by serving as a senior executive at Cerberus Operations & Advisory Company, LLC where he has supported several Cerberus companies including Accurate Metal Solutions, Remington, NABI, Bluebird and GDX in various leadership, strategic and due diligence consultancy roles.

Roys has a BA in Finance and Business Administration from Grand Valley State University.

"Because of his extensive leadership, management and manufacturing experience, the Board has appointed David to continue our quest as innovator of the evolving bowling and entertainment industry and to lead us into the future," says Pat Ciniello, President of QubicaAMF Worldwide, LLC.

"We believe David is poised to continue to deliver exceptional value to our customers to grow their business."
