Juan Cabezas joins QubicaAMF as Senior Vice President, Global Sales & International Service

He will be responsible for leading the global sales force and strengthening QubicaAMF sales organization in addition to insuring quality service to their international customers.

    Most recently Cabezas served as Managing Director for Denary, a business advisory and investment banking firm providing services to technology, industrial and professional services companies.

    He was responsible for working with executive teams to accelerate value creation by stimulating growth, improving profitability, optimizing internal processes, and strengthening the organization's strategic and execution capabilities.

    Prior, Cabezas served in strategic roles for General Electric and one of their standalone company's Casi-Rusco. Serving as President for Casi-Rusco, a leading provider of access control and integrated security management systems to Fortune 500 enterprises worldwide, he was responsible for the company's P&L worldwide.

    He established the company's strategy, setting and driving marketing initiatives, developing strategic alliances, driving the sales force, managing the channel, along with order management and fulfillment.

    Completing his career with General Electric, Cabezas served as a Senior Vice President Global Strategic Marketing and Alliances. In this critical role, he was responsible for mapping and executing growth strategies for GE's Security Division, including entry into new markets, geographies, new channels, and new platforms; establishing strategic partnerships as well as setting the direction for business development.

    Prior to GE, Cabezas was the General Manager for the Software Products Division and Vice President, Corporate Development for Reciprocal, Inc. an early stage B2B internet security company, acquired by Microsoft.

    Previously, Cabezas served as Vice President of business development at Tivoli Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of IBM. During his tenure there, he provided leadership in technology and business acquisitions, licensing and reseller agreements. Prior to that, Cabezas was at IBM where he served in multiple executive, operational and General Manager roles.

    Cabezas holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University, masters' degrees in both Industrial Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Miami. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
