The Englishman rolled a solid 182 in the second game to seal the victory despite Koivuniemi's 232.

In the other semifinal match, Moor eliminated Lisanne Breeschoten (right), Netherlands, 385-338, to advance to the title match. Breeschoten, who had two 161 games and added eight pins handicap each game, won the women's rankings for the first time in her career.

As the higher seed player, Koivuniemi finished third and Breeschoten fourth. Both received 3.500 Euro.

17th place finisher Osku Palermaa, Finnland, and Mai Ginge Jensen, Denmark, who did not compete in Istanbul, remained atop the men's and women's EBT rankings after 8 of 21 events.
