Ron Oldfield and Jacqui Cooper, England, walked away the winners in the the men's and women's Belgian Senior Open at bowling center Bowlmaster in Bruxelles, Belgium (not Sergio Bellini and Lena Dahlgren as inadvertently reported earlier by Bernard Mora, editor of the French 'Bowling Presse').

Last year's runner-up Oldfield topped Christer Olsson, Sweden, 219-212 in the men's championship match to secure the 2.000 Euro top prize. In the women's four-player shoot-out, Cooper came from behind and defeated all three opponents to win the title and 1.200 Euro. In the title match, Cooper beat tournament leader Farida Pascoal-Blom, Netherlands, 2008-200.
