Manico comes from behind to win 30th Grand Prix Zurich

The top 14 players after qualifying and semifinal - 12 men and two women - advanced to the knock-out finals in the 30th Grand Prix Zurich. When the dust had settled, the two women, multiple Swiss champion Bigi Manico (pictured) and multiple German champion Tanya Petty, reached the title match in best-of-three games format.
Petty easily won the first game, 263-199, but the Swiss lefty rebounded with back-to-back victories 212-193 and 222-213 to win the match and the title, 2-1.
In the playoff for third and fourth place, Philippe Huber, Switzerland made quick work of Andreas Humm, Germany, 2-0.
