The men's doubles title went Ralf Gräwe and Michael Holzapfel. Gräwe, manager of Joe's SuperBowling, host of the World Games bowling competition, and his partner averaged 209,68 over 19 games. Achim Grabowski and Erich Gehrmann finished second for the second year in a row, while Sascha Hauchwitz and Marco Baade ended up third.

Tanya Petty and Christiane Kühn won their fourth women doubles title in five years. The duo outaveraged second-placed Göbel 11.5 pins. Svenja Krüger and Katrin Kretschmann won the bronze medal.
