Belfast to host IV Commonwealth Tenpin Bowling Championship

With the generous patronage of Belfast City Council, the IV Commonwealth Tenpin Bowling Championship will be staged from 22-30 November 2008 at Dundonald International Ice Bowl in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Comprising 30 QubicaAMF equipped lanes, pins and lane-oiling technology, the host center is situated in the Castlereagh Council district, close to the center of the vibrant northern metropolis of Belfast.
Bowlers, officials and supporters throughout the Commonwealth will be invited to Belfast to participate in this year’s event and the IV CTBC is expected to attract teams from up to 20 Commonwealth nations.
Preparations by the Northern Ireland Tenpin Bowling Federation, its affiliate the British Tenpin Bowling Association and the event’s government and corporate sponsors are well underway.
