Ana Vieira and Paulo Lopes (pictured, l-r) captured the women's and men's title in the Portuguese qualifying tournament for the 2013 QubicaAMF Bowling World Cup and earned berth in the 49th edition of the event, which will take place Nov. 15-24 at Sibiryak Bowling Center in Krasnoyarsk, Siberia, Russia.

In the stepladder finals in best-of-three- game format, top seeded Vieira and Lopez, topped their opponents Fatima Jordão and Alex Fortuna, who both came from the No. 4 seed, two-games-to-none.

Total 37 players - 28 men and nine women - participated in World Cup Qualifier at Bowling Sintra in Sintra, Portugal, which was organized by Bowling Masters, QubicaAMF's exclusive distributor in Portugal.

Lopes, 47, qualified for the World Cup for the fourth consecutive year and fifth time overall, while Vieira, 29, earned her third birth after representing Portugal in 2009 and 2012.
