2016WorldBowlingLogo.jpgThe 2016 World Bowling Tour currently features nine tournaments, including six in the Middle East, and one each in Germany, Thailand and the United States.

The U.S. event, planned for December during the PBA World Series of Bowling VIII in Reno, Nev., will be the lone WBT “major” event so far.

2016WBTLogo.jpgPlayers earn ranking points based on how they finish in each event. “Majors” award double points. The current points system is based on a continuous two-year cycle.

Based on the scores from the 2016 events, the top three men and top three women in the points list will compete in the season-ending World Bowling Tour Finals (date and venue tba).
