Siu Hong and Zulkifli defend men's and women's Hong Kong Open Masters titles

    2007WRMShalinZulkifli_small.jpg 2007KSAIOWuSiuHong_small.jpgDefending Hong Kong Open champions Wu Siu Hong, Hong Kong, and Shalin Zulkifli, Malaysia, successfully defended their titles Saturday at SCAA Bowling Center in Hong Kong, China.

    Siu Hong, the men's No. 1 seed, posted a huge 254-227 victory over World Championships Masters champ Biboy Rivera from the Philippines.

    In the women's final, Zulkifli easily defeated Siu Hong team mate and 2007 World Cup representative, Joey Yip, 209-160.

    The top 16 men and the top 16 women - Asians only - from the Hong Open qualified for tomorrow's final leg of the 2007 ABF Tour at Hong Kong Bowling City.
