McMaster has many years of related experience. In addition to three years as a CTF Director, he has been a Director on his Local Bowling Association (Niagara Peninsula) for 20+ years. Highlights include Niagara Tenpin Bowing Association (NTBA) President for three terms, NTBA Hall of Fame, and Sports Organizing Chair for Pan Am Games in July 2015.

“We have had some very trying times over the last 10+ years in our sport and we have survived through these times. There are still many challenges and hurdles to overcome and I look forward to the challenge using past experiences along with strengths of dealing with people from both my professional and bowling careers.”
The Executive Team includes Elaine Yamron from Winnipeg, MB, as First Vice President. Yamron was Second Vice President for two years and is currently the Hall of Fame Committee Chair, has responsibility for Special Achievement Awards, and also handles the Team Manager role for the Adult Team Canada.
Cathy Innes, Vancouver, BC, is the Second Vice President. Innes is currently the High Performance Manager for Team Canada and was the CTF President from 2004-2013.
The Board would like to thank Brian Von Richter, who was president for the past two years, and Ron Molinski, current First Vice President, who elected to retire from the executive in order to devote more time to his responsibilities in the Winnipeg Tenpin Bowling Association. Both Brian and Ron remain on as Directors.
The Canadian Tenpin Federation was formed in 1969 to qualify representatives for international competition. CTF became a full membership organization on August 1, 2004 to deliver membership services to 30,000 plus registered tenpin bowlers in Canada.
