Canada will be one of an expected 20 countries represented at PABCON Youth Championships

Canada will be one of 20 countries represented at the Pan American Confederation Youth Championships which will be held in San Salvador, El Salvador from September 21 through 26th.
Canada, México, Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Argentina, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Bahamas, Aruba, Peru, Uruguay, Brazil, the United States of America and El Salvador are expected to attend.
The championships will be held in two divisions – under 16 years and under 20 years. Canada will have representation in the under 20 year group only. Competition will take place at the 24-lane Galaxy Center.
Randy Churchill, Windsor, Ontario, Rosalie Hiscock, Laval, Quebec, Pamela Beaudin, Henryville, QC and Raymond Lussier, Montreal, QC were selected to the team. They will join Brittany Stenberg-Hawkes, Victoria, British Columbia, Sabin Leblanc, Shediac, New Brunswick, Kodee Pilling, Lethbridge, Alberta and Mathieu Beaudoin, Sherbrooke, QC, the 2006 and 2007 National Youth Championships all events winners.
Deborah Chan, Calgary, Ab and Lucien Casagrande, Winnipeg, Manitoba will coach the team. CTF Executive Director, Stan May, Lethbridge, Ab will serve as team manager.
Competition will include singles, doubles, trios, team and all-events competition as well as a masters match play event for the top 12 all-events scores (boys and girls).
