Dan MacLelland of Saginaw, MI, posted the highest three-game series thus far in the 5th Annual Super Bowl Mini Eliminator here at The Orleans Bowling Center in Las Vegas, Nev. MacLelland had a 760-series in Squad 7 to lead the 39 and under Division.
Other squad leader were Bo Goergen (pictured left), Sanford, MI, 660 in the 40-49 Division; Everett Nishikawa, Corona, CA, 606 in the 50-59 Division; David Hamilton (right), Walhalla, SC, 659 in the 50-59 Division; and Tyler Jensen, Flower Mound, Texas, 665 in the Open Division.
Cuts to the Daily Finals for the woman and the 60 and over is done on a daily basis. The second day of qualifying nears conclusion. After the 8th squad has finished their three-game series, the Daily Finals will start. The five divisional winners plus the five daily high series in each of the five main divisions will advance to Sunday's Grand Finale.
