No Happy End for Paul Moor in Tuesday's Daily Finals

L-R Curtiss Bergheim, Bo Goergen, Jimmy Young, Tyler Jensen, and Norwegian Ole Johnni Lislien survived two one-game rounds in the Daily Finals on Tuesday to earn their spots in the Grand Finale of the 5th Annual Super Bowl Mini Eliminator, Sunday, Feb. 12 at The Orleans Bowling Center in Las Vegas.
The deciding match in the Daily Final of the Open Division ended with yet another disappointment for Paul Moor. The lefty from England, who missed the daily high series despite shooting series of 717 and 716 in qualifying, needed a strike on his first ball to advance but got a 10-pin standing on a pocket hit.
Each of the Daily Division Finals went over two rounds. First and second round losers were consoled with $250 and $450 each. 20 of 76 players that will bowl for the title and the $50,000 top prize are now determined. Each of the finalists is guaranteed a minimum of $1,250.
