Today's the Final Day of the fifth Annual Super Bowl Mini Eliminator

The final two qualifying squads and the following Daily Finals will bring the number of Grand Finalists in the 5th Annual Super Bowl Mini Eliminator to 76. Squad #25 will start at 10am and Squad #26 at noon, with the Daily Finals immediately following. The Grand Finals will start around 4pm at the 70-lane Orleans Bowling Center in Las Vegas, Nev. Top guaranteed top five prizes in the Division Champion Shootout are $50,000, $25,000, $12,500, $11,000 and $10,000. Bowlingdigital will cover the Grand Finals live and is looking to provide LIVE SCORING from the championship match.
The Grand Finalists (76 players overall) will be made up of the following:
- 35 players who advanced through the HIGH DAILY SERIES (seven in each division)
- 35 players who advanced through the DAILY FINALS (seven in each division)
- Top 2 women's series that have not yet advanced
- Top 2 Super Senior series that have not yet advanced
- Highest series of an Open Division bowler age 40-49 that has not yet advanced
- Highest series of an Open Division bowler age 50+ that has not yet advanced.
The five Divisions are:
1. 39 and under Division
2. 40-49 Division
3. 50-59 Division
4. 205 and under Division
5. Open Division

76 players will compete for a guaranteed $215,000.
1st Place: $50,000
2nd Place: $25,000
3rd Place: $12,500

The 76 Grand Finalists will bowl 1 game using a "beat half-the-field in your division" format. After 4 rounds each division will have one bowler left each guaranteed $10,000.
These 5 division champions will bowl 1 more game on the same pair to determine the top five places and who becomes the 2006 Super Bowl Mini Eliminator Champion and pockets the huge $50,000 first-place check.
