The 21st Central American and Caribbean Games (XXI Juegos Deportivos Centroamericanos y del Caribe) will take place in the city of Mayagüez and in other cities of the Porta del Sol region in the west of Puerto Rico. The Bowling competition will be held at Bolera Caribe in Ponce from July 19-25, 2010.

Maximum six men and six women from the member federation of CONCECABOL (Confederacion Centroamericana y del Caribe de Bowling - Central and Caribbean Bowling Confederation) will compete for gold, silver and bronze medals in Men's and Women's Singles, Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Trios, 5-Player Teams, All Events and Masters.
