When Mini Eliminator bowlers return for the summer Mini Eliminator July 3-10, they will notice some big changes to the Orleans Bowling Center.Starting in mid-March, the 70-lane center will begin the final phase of the $1.9 million renovation that began in 2005 when all new Brunswick GSX pinsetters were installed. When this project is complete the four coast centers will be among the most modern in the world.

For the third consecutive year, Nippon Brunswick, the Asian affiliate of the Brunswick Corporation, has brought a large contingent of Japanese bowlers to the Super Bowl Mini Eliminator. Altogether, there are 23 bowlers in the group who will compete in the Mini, and over 40 people in the traveling party.
